Teollisuusliitto
Visual identity

The new 226,000-member Teollisuusliitto was established in 2018 through the merger of three Finnish trade unions: Metalliliitto, Paperiliitto, and Puuliitto, making it one of the largest trade unions in Finland.
The main challenge in the visual brand identity was to create a unified and recognizable identity that would bring together three formerly separate unions under one strong and cohesive brand. The resulting visual identity reflects the union’s strong, unified, and forward-thinking character. The design language is built on a people-centered logo, bold typography, a distinctive color palette, and a clear, structured layout, all conveying reliability and inclusivity.
